Light Show
In winter, I know it’s hard to go out due to the cold. So I want to introduce you something awesome that would make you go out and have an enjoyful time. It’s Luminarie whose fancy lights would captivate you. Regardless of age and gender, you must exclaim out of beautiful scene.
Starlight Garden Show
The first show I want to introduce is Starlight Garden Show (오색별빛전)
It's not like artifitial light work festivals we can easily see in cities. In here, beautiful lights are decorated the nature. When you were there, you will feel like you are in the garden of stars.

How to go:
Because this is an article of EIE program, I learned about the way from Ewha Station. First get of the subway on the 강변 station. Beside 강변 station, there is 동서울 terminal. You have to ride on a bus which goes to 청평 terminal. About 1 hour you will arrive 청평 terminal. From there ride a bus 31-7. The final stop, which takes about 45 minutes, is your destination.

Fairy Tale of Lights
If you want more radiant one than Starlight Garden Show, I recommend you Fairytale of Lights. Many people will be surprised by its magnificent scale. There are various things to see, a lot of things to eat, and a great number of things to buy. As it is winter now, it would be enjoyable to go to Santa Village.

How to go:
If you get on the subway at Ewha station, you have to transfer to line No.4 at 동대문 History Park Station. And transfer again to line No.1 at Changdong Station. The station you have to get off is Soyo Mountain Station. After you get off at Soyo Mountatin Station, find Bus station. It's very near to Subway station that you don't have to walk even one minute. Ride bus, and it will take you to the Herb island. The number of buses that go to Herb island are 57, 57-2, 57-3, and 57-4. It would take about half and two hours, and the traffic expense is 2,200 won.

Of course, there are many other light shows, but I'm sure that these two shows are the best places to go, since I chose the closest and cheapest two. Don't forget to bring your cameras! Everytime you turn your head, you will see the most beautiful scenes in the world of which you cannot help taking pictures.
